No returns or exchanges. We will supply you with an appraisal for insurance purposes – it is your responsibility to get the fine jewelry piece that you have purchased from michelle crumback jewelry insured.

Custom made pieces require half down before we start the work unless Michelle Crumback agrees to other terms. If you decide to cancel a custom-made piece while it is in the process of being designed, depending on what stage of the process the job is in, Michelle Crumback has the discretion to decide if you get credit back or a percentage of the deposit.
